- Cabins come with a Weber grill and picnic table. Please bring your own charcoal and fluid for the grill.

Extra Persons
If you have extra people in your cabin, it is $20 per night or $80 per week. Children of over the age of 5 are considered as regular occupants. Cribs and high chairs are available at no extra charge. You are not to exceed the maximum occupancy which is the following:
One Bedroom - 4 people
Two Bedroom - 6 people
Three Bedroom - 8 people
Four Bedroom - 12 people
Reservations
Reservation balance must be paid in full 60 days before the arrival date. Failure to make the payment on time may result in the cancellation of the reservation. Additionally, a nonrefundable $200.00 deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of the initial booking. If you are making a reservation for next year, 35% of the total reservation amount is due on January 31 of said year. The remaining balance will be due 60 days before your arrivalCancellation Policy
Cancellations will receive a deposit refund, less the nonrefundable $200 cancellation fee if canceled within 30 days before your reservation arrival date. If you cancel within 30 days of your reservation, it is nonrefundable. However, we can accommodate a new date for the same home or resort cabin within the same year booked. This move does not qualify for any cancellation refund. Your total balance is due 60 days before the date of arrival. For this reason, we recommend travel insurance to protect your investment in your vacation, especially for groups of three or more cottages.
We do not refund for early departures, internet outages, or acts of God, such as the loss of utilities due to a storm that takes out the power to a rental unit.
